Meet Our Team
Charlie MeyersOur founder was a quality-control manager in the mid-'90s when he seized an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of what he knew would be an explosive industry. When Charlie first saw email, he instantly understood that the Internet would change business forever. Working from his log cabin at first, he began WRIS, which has since built a reputation for client-centric service while developing more than 300 websites and other custom software applications for clients in education, government, professional services, manufacturing, retail and several other industry sectors.Bonny LafaveWith past experience as an operations leader focusing on information technology, consulting and human resources, Bonny joined the WRIS team as Web Services Director. In addition to providing support and project management services for existing clients, she will reach out to prospective customers. By working as a liaison between the WRIS team and our clients, she ensures that websites are launched on time and on budget.Carmen FontanaCarmen’s focus at WRIS is on Search Engine Marketing. She also helps streamline support and maintenance requests and serves as a project manager. She has a BS in Systems & Control Engineering and an ME in Engineering Management from Case Western Reserve University and past experience in both IT management and marketing. Adam EuansAdam comes to WRIS with over nine years of programming experience. Seven of those years were spent as a senior ColdFusion programmer at a high ranking university. He is a graduate of Kent State University and holds a degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Art Education. His creative problem solving skills and eye for detail make him an invaluable addition to the WRIS team as a web service application engineer.Seth KrostichSeth, our longest-serving employee after founder Charlie Meyers, is a native of Long Island, New York and a graduate of the University of Rochester. With his blended grounding in both communications and technology, he helps WRIS stay on top of rapidly evolving technologies while keeping a tight focus on how they apply to clients. He loves technical challenges, beginning with a single question: how will this client use the tools, and toward what end? Seth serves as team lead for our West Palm Beach, Florida office. Glenn HartongGlenn is conversant in several web technologies. He also has experienced entrepreneurship. With a friend, he formerly ran a small web-development company in Akron. He holds a degree in e-commerce from Stark State College in North Canton, where he is also a member of the adjunct faculty.Nick SimoneNick serves as the front-line of our Support team assisting clients with issues both large and small. Additionally, Nick assists our Search Engine Marketing and Development teams. He received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from West Virginia Wesleyan College.Debbie KistnerDebbie Kistner serves as Financial Manager for the WRIS team. She handles a wide variety of administrative tasks for the company. Before coming to WRIS, she was the Controller for Millisor & Nobil Co., L.P.A.Salli BermanWith her years of experience in the web development industry and project management skills, Salli helps us stay organized and focused. She also allows us to offer clients such crucial elements as usability testing and the planning of site organization and structure.Brad Colbow*Brad is a graphic designer, illustrator and blogger specializing in web design and user interface design. As a founding member of the Cleveland Web Standards Association, Brad is involved with educating local professionals and non-profit organizations on best practices for the web. As the owner of Colbow Design, Brad collaborates with WRIS on selected projects.Drew Dallet*Drew has been actively involved in the graphic design community for over 20 years. His designs focus on building brand identity, developing marketing materials, and web site design. Drew is the founder/president of Boom Creative, and collaborates with WRIS on selected projects.Craig Minch*Craig is a visual designer, art director and project collaborator extraordinaire. He leverages research and information to fuel his creativity and innovation. Known mostly for his precision user interface work, he enjoys traditional print and branding projects too. Craig is the founder of Minch Design, through which he collaborates with WRIS on selected projects.Mallory Taylor*Mallory, who holds a degree in journalism and mass communications from Washington and Lee University, is our reigning marketing expert. She also pitches in with web site design and planning. Mallory is the owner of Mallory Taylor Design and collaborates with WRIS on selected projects.Ron HopperA Web Architect for WRIS, has over seven years experience in senior-level ColdFusion development and database programming. Throughout Ron’s career he has demonstrated inventive problem solving skills and a consistent ability to maximize resources for his clients and team members.
