Happy 2005 and welcome to the first WRIS newsletter! We've created this feature to keep you, our client, informed of what's new in the industry and with us. We're always working to improve our offerings and service to you, and this newsletter will allow us to keep you aware of new and current services that can help you reach your goals. Spam and Virus ProtectionOne of our newest service offerings is Email Spam Filtering and Virus Protection. Our filtering service will not just identify spam and viruses, but actually prevent them from reaching your Inbox. You can choose to redirect spam emails to a specific mailbox or have it quarantined at WRIS, where you can access it via a secure website. WRIS Email EngineThe WRIS Email Engine is a user-friendly and highly efficient tool designed to help you stay in touch with customers, vendors, and important contacts. With it you can easily create a customized message and send it to one, ten, or all of the addresses in your address book. A reporting feature lets you see how many of your recipients received and opened the email, and even if they followed through on any call-to-action links. In addition, the WRIS Email Engine manages bounced mail and unsubscribe requests. Staying in touch couldn't be easier! (In fact, this email was sent using our email engine.)
