Ladies Who Launch on the Today Show
June 5, 2007 Ladies Who Launch owners, Victoria Colligan and Beth Schoenfeldt, were interviewed on the Today Show in a segment called "Today’s Woman: Ladies help dreams become realities." WRIS has hosted the Ladies Who Launch website for four years. During the Today Show segment and right after it ended, the WRIS server reported a ten minute spike in traffic that represented about 17 times its normal volume. The server dedicated to Ladies Who Launch and the WRIS network handled the heavy load flawlessly.
