Imail Admin Rights
A client may purchase Imail Admin rights to self-administer email accounts within their domain. The Imail Admin allows administrators to add, edit and delete user accounts. A one-time $25 set-up fee is charged for each administrator creation. A Postini Admin Tool is also available to allow administrators to add accounts to the spam filter list. An email account must be set up in Imail (Webmail) and in Postini (spam filter list) to receive mail from anyone outside of your domain.

Webmail and MAC
We have noticed that Webmail does not work with MAC using Safari internet browser. We can not change this and do not offer support help for Safari browsers. Testing has proven that Firefox internet browser for MAC does work with Webmail. Contact your IT personnel for advice and instructions for installing Firefox on your MAC.

Webmail Password Reset
For security reasons, we can not view your email account passwords. If you forget your password, email your request for a password reset to support@wris.com and we will make the change for you. If you do not include a desired password we will create one for you using strong password security standards. We recommend that all passwords be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one capital letter, at least one number and at least one symbol $@#%* for example). An example of a good password is y&Us2ppB5$
